1. PRODUCT SUPPORT TRAINING

JE Curry Japan technical support staff will attend technical support training at the US client's location at the time of sales training. We insure that we have the knowledge to respond to technical support issues locally in Japan.



2. TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN JAPAN

JE Curry Japan will set up, train and manage a nationwide network of technical support specialists for US clients' products. These technical support specialists will come from local distributors/local sales agents, or will be recruited from independent contractors. Sales demo units will be used for technical support training.



3.
LOCAL SPARE PARTS STOCK

JE Curry Japan will purchase and maintain a spare parts stock in Japan for full local repair capability. JE Curry will require local distributors and local sales agents to purchase and maintain spare parts stock in order to provide immediate local repair capability.
